Flex PCB

Flex Printed Circuit (FPC) is a type of printed circuit board with high reliability and excellent flexibility, mainly made of polyimide or polyester film as the substrate. It has the characteristics of high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, and good bending performance, and has become the basic component of a large number of electronic products.

1.Layer count: single double-sided board, multi-layer board (6 layers and below)

2.Maximum size: 500 * 500mm

3.Minimum through-hole: 0.05mm (laser), 0.1mm (mechanical)

4.Minimum line width and line spacing: 0.03/0.03mm

5.Laser blind hole: minimum machining aperture 0.05mm

6.Surface treatment: chemical nickel gold, chemical nickel palladium gold, electroplated nickel gold, OSP

7.Welding prevention: ink+covering film, ink plug hole

8.Ability to support the entire process from SMT to dispensing, ICT, assembly, and testing
